Greg Massey is a PGA qualified Professional who has extensive experience over a 20-year career in the golf industry. He has specialised in retail, golf club management and coaching and prior to joining Kilcock has worked with McGuirks Golf, Hermitage Golf Club and Palmerstown House Estate. Greg also has a background in playing golf at the highest level, regularly finishing in the top 20 of the PGA Irish Region Order of Merit. As an amateur Greg has represented Irish teams, Interprovincial teams, Interclub teams, plus was a member of the winning Hermitage Senior Cup team in 2005.
I took up golf at 30 and joined Rathcore Golf Club, which unknowingly started me on a journey that led to a career change. Within six years, I turned Professional in 2017 (I was an Engineer by trade). Before this, I became Captain of Rathcore Golf Club in 2016 (after serving as Hon Sec for two years) and then joined Castlewarden Golf Club as the Assistant Professional. After qualifying as a PGA Professional and a Level 2 Certified Golf Coach, I became the Club Professional for Rathcore Golf Club and set up my own full-time coaching business, CDgolf. I've been running this business for the last five years, operating out of Rathcore, Celbridge Driving Range, and Naas Driving Range.
• I cater for the following in terms of coaching: Individual, Group, Junior,-Beginner/Improver/Advanced Programs, Playing Lessons, Long/Short Game Programs
