LATEST JMC AGREED REPORT

BY Kilcock Golf Club March 17, 2022

KILCOCK GOLF CLUB AGREED REPORT FROM MEETING OF JOINT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (JMC) HELD ON TUESDAY 15 MARCH 2022

Garrett Donnery, Synergy Golf, attended the meeting and gave a report on the membership, pro shop, marketing, the course, and a number of other areas. From his perspective, the club was doing well on achieving its targets for the year but the ongoing hard work of the club and Synergy Golf must continue. Synergy Golf will be making a submission to the JMC sub-committee drawing up a strategic 4-5 year plan for the club.

The meeting received reports from a number of sub-committees, including clubhouse and environ, course convenor, Strategic Plan, Sponsorship & links with other clubs & external relations, PRO and Internal Communications. The two Captains presented their reports.

The JMC welcomed the arrangements of the two Captains for their Drive-In on Sunday 3rd April.

Arrangements were made to respond to matters raised at the AGM.

The Honorary Treasurer noted the reduced income in recent weeks as a result of bad weather and reduced golfing occasions. However, the winter until early February had been more favourable financially to the club than most previous years.

Two further sub-committees were set up for 2022; one to process requests for leave of absence and the second to carry out investigations of complaints.

The next meeting will take place on Tuesday 19 April 22
