The procedure for dealing with complaints about the behaviour or conduct of a member of the club is set out in Clause 19 of the Club Constitution – This has been extracted from the constitution and is now available on the Club Website in the Members Area under General Information – see also copy attached.
First and foremost we would hope that any disagreement between members could be worked out between the parties in an informal way. If this is not possible – a written complaint (using the form in appendix 1) must be sent to an Officer of the Club no later than 10 days after the incident which is the subject of the complaint. All written complaints will be dealt with in accordance with Clause 19 of the constitution, by a sub-committee appointed by the JMC.
We would like to draw your attention to the appendices to this document which set out the dress code, bye-laws, etiquette, and behaviour expected from all members.
If you would like a hard copy of this policy it is available to print from the Members Area of the Club Website under General Information(Link below) or ask in the pro-shop for a copy.

MEN’S SPRING LEAGUE WEEK 1 RESULTS
A super amount of entries for the Spring League so far with over 160 entrants across 27 teams.
The ones leading the early charge are:
There is still time to enter the league, entries being taken up until this weekend. You don’t need to enter a full team, just ask to enter and you can be assigned to an empty slot.
To view the league points follow these links:
While every effort has been made to accurately reflect the standings, errors can occur, especially where similarly named players are on the results page.
If any updates need to be made please email [email protected] to do any of the following:
Please note: players who play both Saturday and Sunday, only the first score will count towards the league. Any disqualified scores, for whatever reason, are also not counted.
FOUR BALLS
As you may have already seen, this weekend’s competitions have been opened up to four balls. The reason for doing this is to accommodate as many golfers as we can. We have also made the weekends of the 29th/30th four balls.
PACE OF PLAY
As it’s four balls for the next 3 weekends, the pace of play is going to be very important!. We want everyone in each group to be aware of this as those starting in the afternoon will struggle for light if the pace of play is poor in the morning. Your place on the course is directly behind the group in front of you and NOT directly in front of the group behind you.
SUPER SENIORS (over 70’s) 9 HOLE COMPETITION
We have introduced a 9 hole competition for the super seniors at the weekends and Wednesdays We would love to see as many of the over 70’s as we can take part in this competition. This has been introduced to encourage members who would usually use a buggy or feel that 9 holes are enough for them on the cold winter days.
Those who would like to enter the 9 hole competition but would like to play the 12 are more than welcome to do so.
